Terms & Conditions for Art Reference Uses:
Digital Art reference photos bought from Hana Leigh Photography are to be used for art reference use for (excluding digital edits*) artworks only. Purchased images may only be used solely for individual use, by the customer who purchased the photograph - limited to 1 person. Sharing and distribution of the purchased image is strictly prohibited. This purchase may be used for multiple artworks within the pre-noted price banding (if these art works are to be sold on).
*Please note that digital edits of these photographs are not allowed. However, digital drawings are allowed.
The terminology of Digital Edits in this situation comprises any form of edits, filters or manipulations digitally, using the original photograph as the base. Such as adding a filter over the top of the work or using photoshop to create a composition.
Licenses Offered:
Standard Art Reference Use License: This is the standard license bought from this site. This covers all art created for personal use or commercial use up to and under the sale price of £200 (two hundred GBP)*. Please contact myself directly if you expect sales to exceed this sale price.
Artworks created from references bought in this package may be sold, replicated in the form of prints/merchandise and/or entered in competitions.
This license is accompanied on purchase with a dowloadable file of this file. Please note that this file will have a watermark on the image. If you require a higher resolution image, this will be available upon request.
*If you trade in a different currency, the maximum sale price will be equal to the most recent exchange rate value of £200 in your trading currency.
Copyright:
The copyright of these images will always remain with the photographer (Hana Munton) at all times after purchase and thus they reserve the right to publish, print, share and sell the original photograph for any purpose. Purchasing photographs as a use for art references does not offer any copyright to the customer, nor the right to reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, republish or share. This is strictly prohibited.
A watermark will be present on all image downloads.
Refunds:
Refunds are not available for any digital dowloads.
Changes to Terms & Conditions:
Hana Munton (of Hana Leigh Photography) reserves the right to make many revisions or changes to these conditions. All customers must abide by all revisions.
